R12, R13 and R14 celebrated World Book Day in the English Department. Pupils were given various homework tasks to celebrate a love of literature, including presentations, a boxful of items task and a ‘must read’ books poster.

R12E produced fantastic presentations on their chosen favourite literary character. There was a broad spectrum from Alice in Wonderland to Fantastic Mr Fox, Peter Rabbit to Magnus Chase. Each pupil enjoyed telling the class about their favourite character and I very much enjoyed listening to them too. Well done, R12E and all the year groups involved.
