On Friday 3rd March our senior school basketball squad played against Cardiff West. The St John’s squad has shown fantastic commitment to the co-curricular basketball club throughout the term and this was a great chance to showcase their hard work. St John’s dominated the first quarter with strong performances from Matthew M (R15). St John’s eased off a little in the second quarter with Cardiff West fighting their way back into the game. 

The 3rd and 4th quarter saw St John’s step up their game and eventually run away with the game. A special mention to our U6 Basketball players who have shown fantastic commitment to the development of basketball throughout their time at St John’s.
