R16 enjoyed a lovely sunny day down on the Gower collecting data for their GCSE NEA fieldwork project. Students worked hard to collect data to investigate variations in river discharge along the river course; measuring the river width, depth and velocity.
We walked from the source on Fairwood Common all the way down to Parkmill close to Three Cliffs Bay, stopping for lunch in Illston Village.
As ever, our young geographers behaved impeccably, learning valuable field skills and representing St John's brilliantly.
