On Wednesday 8th February the R12/13 Rugby team played the return match against Cathays High. 

The game prior to Christmas was a thriller with end to end tries from start to finish with St John's coming out as winners. However, an excellent Cathays team took the spoils on this occasion in what was another excellent, open game of Rugby. Some outstanding individual efforts from Ben O kept St John's in the game throughout but Cathays proved to be too strong. A special mention also to Luca A who carried well, turned over possession and organised our defensive line. Another special mention to Jack W who played in a new position and accounted himself very well.
