It has been a busy few days for some of our talented orchestral musicians, Kushi, Pranaya, Ollie, Max and Lara. They were part of the county orchestra tour of Italy on their respective instruments and performed some wonderful music in spectacular venues. These included, three concerts in Verona, a cathedral in Mantova, and the Cremona music festival. 

The repertoire featured, Schubert's Unfinished Symphony, Rossini's William Tell Overture, and Haydn's Military Symphony. 

The strings also played Larsson's Trombone Concertino and Palladio.

Our own concert orchestra resumes rehearsals on Wednesday, 13th September and will feature in our annual concert at St David's Hall on 28th November at 1.00pm.
