During the month of March, our senior quiz teams competed against three schools from London in the UK School Challenge. Each match was played virtually with smartphone buzzers and a scoring format similar to TV's University Challenge.

Despite putting up a brave fight in each fixture, our teams did not win. However, the C team has qualified for the repechage and will play a further match after Easter.

Well done to all the pupils involved and especially for loyally attending our new quiz club every Monday lunchtime. Next term, attention turns to our house quiz championship, with St David's looking to retain the title.
